We offer a cardiac rehabilitation program that is the bridge that links cardiac patient to a productive life after a heart event. With a supportive medical and allied health staff, our program incorporates education, counseling and exercise to help you reach your optimal level of well-being and self-sufficiency.

Early Outpatient Cardiac Rehab
After discharge from the hospital and involves exercise sessions that are supervised by a medical team, which continually monitors your heart’s response to exercise to ensure safety while exercising. Your program may include educational sessions, aerobic & light weight training exercises such as:
- Walking on a treadmill
- Riding a stationary bike
- Stair climbing
- Riding the NuStep machine
- Resistance weight training with Nautilus Machines
Cardiac Rehab Maintenance Program
This program is designed to continue developing independence in the exercise setting and to prepare the patient to move onto an independent exercise program in a wellness center. That maintenance program last for two months.
