T-shirts for Sale
Friday, October 6th – Money Deadline
To show our support for Breast Cancer Awareness Month we will be selling t-shirts. The shirts will be TEAL BLUE and the message, “We Give a HOOT About Breast Cancer.” The front left chest will have the FPH cross/shamrock and pink ribbon. Samples of the design will be posted on flyers throughout the hospital. SHIRTS ARE ALSO AVAILABLE TO NON-HOSPITAL EMPLOYEES!
The cost will be $18 for a short sleeve and $22 for a long sleeve. You MUST have your money turned in by Friday, October 6th to receive your t-shirt. FPH Employees that purchase (preorder only) shirts will be allowed to wear them to work on Friday, October 17th. T-shirts can be purchased in Marketing or Human Resources or call (478) 274-3935. Checks payable to Fairview Park Hospital.
All proceeds will benefit Laurens County Relay For Life.
