Registration
The Patient Registration Department at Fairview Park Hospital provides several services that will make your stay at our facility easier for you. Fairview Park has four separate registration areas. They are all located on the 1st floor and are as follows:
- Admissions: Monday – Friday 6:00 am – 6:00 pm
- Outpatient Area (On weekends, admissions are registered in the Emergency Room)
- Outpatient Registration: Monday – Friday 6:00 am – 5:30 pm
- Same Day Surgery: Monday – Friday 6:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Emergency Room Registration: Monday – Sunday 24 Hours a Day
