Fairview Park Hospital is pleased to announce the addition of Shelly Harrell, COO, to its administrative team. Shelly will be joining the Dublin-Laurens County community from Memorial Health University in Savannah, Georgia, where she most recently served as the Senior Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Planning.

With 25+ years in healthcare, Shelly boasts an impressive amount of knowledge in hospital operations, employee engagement, and physician recruitment. Most recently, she has successfully recruited over 120 physicians in primary and specialty care areas, played a key role in securing over $300 million in funding for capital projects at Memorial Health University, and has led the Savannah market strategy development plan for HCA. Paired with a background in Speech-Language Pathology, Shelly brings a wealth of knowledge and unique ability to oversee hospital strategy while thoughtfully engaging colleagues as Fairview Park Hospital continues to strive to always deliver quality, compassionate care.
Shelly will begin her role at Fairview on July 7, 2025.
