What is the RAE Award?

The RAE Award (Recognizing Ancillary Exceptionalism) was established for non-nursing staff to align with the Daisy award for nursing staff. The RAE award will recognize full and part-time employees of Fairview Park Hospital. This award is for an employee that exemplifies dedication to excellent service and commitment to those they serve.

The RAE employee recognition program will identify employees who reinforce Fairview Park Hospital’s commitment to recognizing outstanding performance.

How to nominate an exceptional employee

Patients, visitors, nurses, physicians and employees may nominate a deserving employee by filling out the form below.
