Seven Kids and Counting
"First there was Noah. Then came Simon. Then Jesse. Then Elijah. Then AnnaMarie, Isaac and, this past March, Ruthie. If you're keeping count, that's seven happy, healthy boys and girls. Besides the obvious, the one thing they all have in common is that each was brought into this world in the Labor and Delivery department at Fairview Park Hospital.
The men and women that comprise the Women's Center treated us so much like family that, in the case of Magan's OB/GYN, Dr. Kevin Taylor, he and his wife Tiffany became part of our family when they served as godparents to our little Isaac less than two years ago.
People are always asking if we plan on having any more children, and we always reply that that's ultimately up to the Good Lord. If we do, though, we can promise they, just like their seven previous siblings, will be met by the same smiling faces of the Fairview Park Labor and Delivery team that have kept us all smiles for more than 16 years.
